2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the AI marketing operating system
- Execute AI-powered marketing automation, including campaign planning, content generation, performance analysis, and optimization
- Process and respond to customer communications through AI agents
- Generate marketing reports, briefs, and analytics
- Send notifications, approval requests, and alerts
- Train and improve our AI models and service quality
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. AI & Automated Processing
We use AI agents to analyze data, generate content, and execute marketing activities on your behalf. Our AI operates at three autonomy levels:
- Advisor: AI analyzes and recommends. You execute everything manually.
- Copilot: AI prepares actions. You review and approve before execution.
- Autonomous: AI executes approved categories automatically within your configured policies, budgets, and risk thresholds.
The AI processes your brand data to generate marketing strategies, content, and recommendations. Our anti-hallucination system ensures the AI distinguishes between verified data, evidence-based inference, and recommendations — it never fabricates customers, revenue, testimonials, or performance results. You can activate an emergency stop at any time to halt all AI activities.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We may share your data with the following categories of third-party services when you authorize such integrations:
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Analytics services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Email service providers and CRM systems
- AI and content generation service providers
- Cloud hosting, infrastructure, and security providers
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
- Role-based access control: Users see only their authorized brands and data.
- Brand data isolation: Customer and marketing data is never mixed between brands.
- Secure token storage: OAuth integration tokens are encrypted and never exposed to AI output or logs.
- Audit logging: All AI actions and human decisions are recorded for accountability.
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Spending limits: AI never exceeds authorized budgets without approval.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request data deletion at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, audit purposes, or dispute resolution.
